TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, "We" or "Us" refers to Signal Point Casino (hereinafter referred to as the "Venue"), which operates a land-based gaming and entertainment venue.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By entering and using our Venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please exit the premises immediately.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

To access our facilities and services, you must be at least 19 years old. Failure to meet this age requirement will result in being denied entry or privileges within our Venue.

4. ID VERIFICATION

We may request identification from patrons for verification purposes. You agree that the information provided on your identification is accurate and complete.

5. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

The Venue supports responsible gambling practices. We encourage all patrons to gamble responsibly and provide resources, such as the GameSense program, for those who may require assistance with their gaming habits.

6. PROPERTY USE

Patrons are expected to use our premises in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and our rules of conduct. Any activity that is deemed unacceptable or contrary to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to disciplinary action, including removal from the premises.

7. SECURITY MEASURES

The Venue uses various security measures, including surveillance cameras and electronic monitoring systems, for the protection of patrons and property. By entering our premises, you acknowledge your awareness of these measures and consent to being monitored during your visit.

8. ENCORE REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All Encore Rewards members must adhere to the separate terms and conditions outlined by British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) in its membership program.

9. GAMING SYSTEMS LIABILITY EXCLUSION

The Venue's gaming systems are audited and certified on a regular basis, as required under BCLC regulations. We will not be held liable for any malfunctions or discrepancies related to the operation of these systems.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We shall not be responsible or liable in any way for damage or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our facilities, equipment, or services, except where such liability arises directly from a failure by Us to meet our obligations under applicable laws and regulations.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions or related to them will be resolved exclusively through the courts of that province, which shall have jurisdiction over such matters.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify, change, add to, delete from, suspend operation of, or discontinue any facilities, services, promotions, rules, and regulations at our discretion without prior notice, including these Terms and Conditions themselves.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you (the patron) and Us, superseding all previous agreements and understanding related to use of our Venue, its services, or facilities.

By entering and using our Venue, patrons acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
